Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
Top with the shredded chicken and broccoli florets.
Pour over half of the heavy cream and chicken broth.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken, broccoli, cream, and broth.
Sprinkle the top with cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot.
