Ingredients:
- 2 slices of black pudding
- 2 sausages
- 2 strips of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of tomatoes, halved or whole
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Yellow mustard (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Sausages and Bacon:
- Preheat your grill or a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook the sausages until they are browned and fully cooked, approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Add the bacon to the pan and cook until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
Prepare the Black Pudding:
- Slice the black pudding into rounds.
- Cook the slices in the same pan or on a griddle until they are crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Cook the Mushrooms and Tomatoes:
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften and develop a slight char.
Fry the Eggs:
- In the pan used for the bacon and sausages, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the Bread:
- Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown.
Assemble the Breakfast:
- On a large plate, arrange the cooked sausages, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes, and eggs.
- Add the toasted bread on the side.
- Serve with a dollop of yellow mustard if you like.
