Cook the Sausages and Bacon

WOULD YOU EAT THIS FULL BREAKFAST OR MAKE SOME CHANGES?

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of black pudding
  • 2 sausages
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of tomatoes, halved or whole
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Yellow mustard (optional)

Instructions:

Cook the Sausages and Bacon:

  1. Preheat your grill or a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the sausages until they are browned and fully cooked, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add the bacon to the pan and cook until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.

Prepare the Black Pudding:

  1. Slice the black pudding into rounds.
  2. Cook the slices in the same pan or on a griddle until they are crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Cook the Mushrooms and Tomatoes:

  1. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften and develop a slight char.

Fry the Eggs:

  1. In the pan used for the bacon and sausages, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.

Toast the Bread:

  1. Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown.

Assemble the Breakfast:

  1. On a large plate, arrange the cooked sausages, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes, and eggs.
  2. Add the toasted bread on the side.
  3. Serve with a dollop of yellow mustard if you like.
