Ingredients:
2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of mini pepperoni slices
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 jar (14 oz) of pizza sauce
3 tablespoons of melted butter
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Cut each biscuit dough piece into quarters.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.
Pour the melted butter over the top of the biscuit mixture.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is fully cooked.
Allow the pull-apart bread to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
